We guarantee to get rid of the specific pest we've treated. If the problem is still there 2 weeks after the first treatment, we'll come back for a follow-up visit.
3-month guarantee on selected treatments
These treatments also come with a 3-month guarantee. If the pest comes back within 3 months of treatment, we'll come back and re-treat:
- Rat control and the rat treatment + proofing package
- Mouse control and the mouse treatment + proofing package
- Whole-property bed bug treatment
- Whole-property moth treatment
- Whole-property flea treatment
* The rat treatment + proofing package does not include rat blockers fitted in the sewer system.
