“ I had my flat heat treated by this company on Wednesday following a business trip abroad. The hotel I stayed in, in Johannesburg had an obvious bed bug issue as I not only got bitten from the moment I checked into my room but also found several bugs on the bed and climbing the walls at night. Due to the short stay, I decided to chance it and not change hotel. BIG MISTAKE. Within a few days of arriving home I found a bug on my sofa, much to my dismay. I called Pest Control Specialists out to inspect my flat, and they found several bugs on my sofa and in my bedroom. I opted for the heat treatment option as I had a severe reaction to a household fly spray I used a few years back so didn't want to take any chances. The guys that carried out the heat treatment were brilliant, they helped out with the preparation work and made sure I was kept informed at every stage of the treatment. Touch wood I've not been bitten nor found any live bed bugs since the treatment. I am very happy to recommend the heat treatments this company carries out. Thank you”
